Refund & Exchange Policy (Final Sale)

This policy applies to all clothing purchases made at Johnscarcleanse.com (“we,” “us,” “our”).

All Sales Are Final (No Refunds)

All items sold on Johnscarcleanse.com are final sale.

That means:

  • No refunds are accepted.

  • No returns for refund are accepted.

  • No store credit is issued in place of a refund.

Please review your items carefully before placing an order, including sizing information on the product page.

Size Exchanges Only (Same Item)

We do allow size exchanges under the conditions below.

A size exchange means:

  • You may exchange an item for the exact same item (same style/color) in a different size, subject to availability.

  • Exchanges for a different product, different color, or different style are not permitted.

Exchange Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a size exchange, the item must be:

  • Requested for exchange within [14] days of confirmed delivery

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Free of odors (including smoke), stains, makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, or damage

  • Returned with all original tags attached and original packaging (if applicable)

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item does not meet these conditions.

Exchange Availability

Size exchanges are not guaranteed and depend on inventory.

If your requested size is not available:

  • We can offer you the option to wait for a restock (if planned), or

  • The original purchase will remain final sale and will be shipped back to you (or held for instructions), as refunds are not offered.

How to Request a Size Exchange

To start a size exchange, contact us at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • The item name

  • The size you ordered

  • The size you’d like to exchange for

If your exchange is approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

Do not mail items back without approval—unapproved returns may not be accepted.

Shipping Costs for Exchanges

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to send the item back to us.

  • We will ship the exchanged size back to you [once at no additional cost / for a flat fee of $X / at customer’s expense] (choose one).

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within [48] hours of delivery at [support@johnscarcleanse.com] with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue (and packaging if relevant)

We’ll evaluate the issue and, if approved, provide a resolution such as a replacement or a size exchange where possible. (Refunds are not offered.)
