Delete Account

John's Car Cleanse LLC · app: My Car Cleanse

You can permanently delete your My Car Cleanse account and associated data at any time, with or without the app installed.

Option 1 — In the app

Open the app and go to Account → Delete account, confirm, and tap Permanently delete my account. Deletion takes effect immediately.

Option 2 — By request (no app needed)

Email support@johnscarcleanse.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Account deletion request." We will verify the request, delete the account within 30 days, and confirm by reply.

What is deleted

Your profile and login, upcoming bookings, garage and fleet vehicle records, saved preferences and addresses, saved payment methods (card brand and last four digits — full card numbers are never stored by us), and your community gallery posts.

What may be retained

Records of completed transactions may be retained where required for tax, accounting, or legal compliance, as described in our Privacy Policy. Retained records are kept only as long as legally required.
